Synergy signs agreement with Gruindag International Inc. on SYNTRx®

| (June 20, 2011) Memphis, TN: Synergy Technologies, Inc., the Shreveport, LA based food processing bacterial intervention firm, announced that they have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Gruindag International, S.A. de C.V., Grupo Industrial y Agricola, based in Cuautla, Morelos, Mexico. The agreement will culminate with a full licensing agreement whereby Gruindag will locally produce, distribute and market the SYNTRx® product line of bacterial processing aids to the poultry, red meat and vegetable processing industry in Mexico, Central America and Columbia.

Synergy receives USDA FSIS “No Objection” letter for SYNTRx® 3200 & 3300 RTU

| (June 1, 2011) Memphis, TN: Synergy Technologies, Inc., the Shreveport, LA based food processing bacterial intervention firm, announced that they have received a “No objection” letter dated May 26, 2001 from the United States Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Service regarding several “Ready-to-Use” solutions of the previously reviewed SYNTRx® product concentrates.

Synergy gains a “No Objection” letter from Mexican Authorities on SYNTRx®

| (January 14, 2011) Memphis, TN: Synergy Technologies, Inc., the Shreveport, LA based food processing bacterial intervention firm, announced that they have received a “No objection” letter from the La Comisión Federal para la Protección contra Riesgos Sanitarios (Cofepris) of Mexico dated January 12th, 2011, regarding the use of their SYNTRx® processing aid antimicrobial products. Upon review, Cofepris has determined the use of SYNTRx as a pH regulator of process water and for the control of Listeria, E. coli and Salmonella in poultry, red meat and vegetable processing facilities does not require a Sanitary Certificate of Pesticide.

Synergy opens Technology and Solutions Center within Memphis Bioworks Incubation Center

| (November 15, 2010) Shreveport, LA: Synergy Technologies, Inc., the Shreveport, LA, based food processing bacterial intervention firm, announced the opening of a Technology and Solutions Center within the Memphis BioWorks® Foundation’s incubator. The new space, providing 2500 square feet of offices and BSL-1 microbiology laboratories, will further the product development and customer solutions efforts of the firm. It will house several members of senior management, the firm’s technical manager, consultants and technicians.
